We’ll "kick off" on Thursday, November 13th with lunch at noon and keynote remarks from Nate Kaeding, Iowa Hawkeye and NFL player, who will share insights on leadership, resilience, and teamwork. Later that afternoon, we'll dive into a Succession Planning Panel featuring Howard Hagen, James Johnson and Blake Crow to help you prepare your bank for the future.
Friday, November 14 begins with breakfast at 7:30 a.m. and a morning of presentations on key industry topics. We’ll wrap up by noon .
