Arbitration is a time-tested legal proceeding used to resolve disputes. Arbitration is generally less expensive and less daunting and provides faster resolution than going to court. Too often these contractual clauses are an afterthought. Some are poorly written and can be a source of delay if a contractual dispute arises. Delays can defeat the purpose of alternative dispute resolution, which is an economical and timely yet fair path to resolution for all the parties.

This webinar will discuss the benefits of effective arbitration agreements and tips for writing and clear and effective agreement.
